was founded in 1985 and incorporated in 1986 by
Wayne State Students, but the leadership today
consists of ten professionals with more then two
decades of Automotive, GPS, Digital Engineering,
Business and Leading Universities

Vehicle and Connected Vehicle Area.

Road and Hands On The Wheel without
the anxiety that accompanies the flimsy handling
of portable cell phones and other driver
assistant technologies.
Our solutions are Patented and Patent pending in

phone voice communication, texting, e-mail, web
